Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of Wand (wand.la), made by Automatique, Inc. (“we”). By signing in, accepting an invite or connecting an AI tool, you agree to them.
The service
Wand is a task board for teams. You, your teammates and the AI tools and integrations you connect (through our MCP server, API keys or the Telegram bot) create and update tasks in shared workspaces.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 13 (or the age required where you live). You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including everything done by AI tools and integrations you connect. Keep API keys private, and revoke any key or connection you think leaked.
Your content
- It’s yours. You and your workspace keep all rights to the tasks, comments and files you add.
- What you let us do with it. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content as needed to run Wand: showing it to the people and tools with access to your workspace, sending notifications, and keeping backups. We don’t use your content to train AI models and don’t sell it.
- Workspace owners decide access. The owner of a workspace controls who is in it and can remove members, delete projects and their tasks.
- AI tools act as you. A connected AI tool can read and change what you can. Check its work; you’re responsible for what it does on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Wand for anything illegal, infringing, harassing or sexually exploitative, to store or spread malware or phishing, or to get around limits or access workspaces you weren’t invited to. Don’t overload or attack the service or anyone else. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report abuse to support@wand.la.
Price
Wand is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll say so on the site first, and nothing you already use will start charging you without your agreement.
Ending
You can leave a workspace at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@wand.la. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Content in a workspace belongs to that workspace and stays when a member leaves.
No warranty
Wand is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you haven’t paid us anything.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site before it takes effect. Using Wand after that means you accept the new terms.
